FMHOUSE Group has once again achieved the Excellence level of the EFR (Family-Responsible Company), certification reaffirming its position as a benchmark in corporate responsibility, people management, and work–life balance. This distinction places FMHOUSE Group among a select group of organisations—only a few dozen out of thousands assessed—that attain this level of recognition.
Since joining the Fundación Más Familia on 15 May 2015, FMHOUSE Group has maintained a strong and consistent commitment to building responsible, flexible, and people‑centred working environments. Over the past years, the organisation has implemented numerous measures designed to promote genuine balance between professional, personal, and family life, making conciliation a core element of its organisational culture.
A commitment that continues to evolve
Quality, professionalism, and ethics remain at the heart of FMHOUSE Group’s identity. These values underpin our management approach and guide every process, decision, and activity. The renewed EFR certification—associated with the ES‑054 15‑2015 seal—once again validates the maturity of our practices and the organisation’s dedication to responsible corporate behaviour.
One of the most notable aspects highlighted during this latest audit has been the alignment of FMHOUSE Group’s leadership with the EFR principles. Both senior leaders and middle managers integrate work–life balance into their daily responsibilities, identifying individual needs and promoting solutions that support each person. This inclusive and people‑centred leadership model has been key to maintaining the Excellence level.
An international movement with real impact
The EFR model is part of a global movement framed within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Its mission is to promote work–life balance, equal opportunities, and the inclusion of vulnerable groups, always in line with current legislation and collective bargaining. FMHOUSE Group encourages other organisations to join this movement and adopt voluntary self‑regulation as a powerful driver for improving workplace cultures.
Conciliation as a cultural foundation
At FMHOUSE Group, we believe that work–life balance should not be seen as an exception or a sensitive topic, but rather as a natural pillar of organisational life. We work to ensure that conciliation becomes an integral part of everyday practice, delivering benefits for both our people and the organisation as a whole. This renewed recognition strengthens our ongoing commitment to excellence, wellbeing, and sustainable people management.
We extend our sincere thanks to the entire FMHOUSEGroup team, whose dedication has made this achievement possible.
