The purpose of the project is to understand and evaluate the development, maturation and promotion of FM in financial and banking institutions in LATAM.
The project focuses on identifying the level of FM’s implementation and its scope within the different financial and banking organisations, thus seeing the development over time of FM and the areas where support to the organisations can be strengthened.
The main objectives of this project are:
- Identify areas where support to organisations can be improved or strengthened.
- Obtain information on the potential regional differences in the FM’s scope in banking and financial organisations in LATAM.
This project, which analyses the banking sector and its degree of FM’s maturity, is initially focused on the Latin American market, with the idea of extrapolating to other sectors and markets in the future.
