FMHOUSE logra la Excelencia A como EFR

FMHOUSE ha obtenido el sello de excelencia EFR, destacándose como líder en responsabilidad familiar y laboral. Es relevante señalar que esta categoría solo la han alcanzado 43 empresas de aproximadamente 1000 evaluadas.  

El compromiso de FMHOUSE con la calidad, la profesionalidad y la ética ha sido reconocido una vez más con la distinción de ‘Empresa Familiarmente Responsable’ por La Fundación Más Familia. Desde el 15 de mayo de 2015, fecha en la que nos unimos a esta prestigiosa organización, hemos implementado medidas significativas para promover el bienestar y el equilibrio entre la vida laboral, familiar y personal de nuestros colaboradores. Nos enorgullece anunciar que hemos alcanzado el nivel de excelencia A, consolidando nuestro compromiso con la responsabilidad empresarial.  

En FMHOUSE, nuestros valores fundamentales son la calidad, la profesionalidad y la ética, principios que guían cada aspecto de nuestra estrategia, políticas, procedimientos y actividades empresariales. Además, creemos firmemente en la importancia de la conciliación entre la vida laboral y familiar como un valor esencial que define nuestra identidad. Este enfoque ha sido clave para que nuestra empresa se distinga y sea reconocida con el sello ES-054 15-2015.  

Un aspecto diferenciador que nos ha valido este reconocimiento es la alineación del liderazgo en FMHOUSE con el modelo EFR (Empresa Familiarmente Responsable). Nuestra comprensión de las cambiantes expectativas y necesidades de las personas, identificándolas y brindándoles apoyo, es evidente en la forma en que tanto los directivos como los mandos intermedios gestionan la conciliación como parte integral de sus responsabilidades. Este enfoque ha sido apreciado y valorado por todo nuestro equipo.  

Para aquellos que no estén familiarizados, el modelo EFR es un movimiento internacional que forma parte de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE). Este se dedica a avanzar y responder en materia de responsabilidad y respeto a la conciliación entre la vida familiar y laboral. Además, promueve el apoyo a la igualdad de oportunidades y la inclusión de los más desfavorecidos, basándose en la legislación vigente y la negociación colectiva. Invitamos a otras empresas a unirse a este movimiento y realizar una autorregulación voluntaria en la materia.  

Pequeñas acciones pueden marcar la diferencia y convertir la conciliación en una realidad en el entorno laboral. En FMHOUSE, creemos que es fundamental desterrar el concepto de conciliación como algo “tabú” y, en cambio, abogamos por su integración como un pilar esencial de la cultura empresarial. How to participate?

Collaborating with the Observatorio FM is a personal and voluntary decision, and there is no contractual obligation or economic retribution for it.

Any interested person can apply to participate as a leader of a new project, or apply as a collaborator in an existing one.

A technical committee will evaluate the subject matter of the proposed projects and the applications of the participants, deciding which ones are carried out and by whom.

Each person decides how much they want to dedicate, depending on their availability or type of project. The aim is for it to be an altruistic activity and not an additional workload.

What does it consist of?

To promote and publish studies that help professionals in the sector and to help others understand our profession and discipline.

The results and deliverables are shared openly, always acknowledging the contributions of all authors and contributors.

The Observatorio FM’s activity will respect the objectivity, ethics, rigour and good practices that govern our Research area.

Contributors have access to the best collaborative tools, sectoral information and contacts, as well as the assistance of expert consultants and researchers at international level.

Research

FM Observatory

FM Observatory is a platform which develops and disseminates Facility Management information. It’s accessible to all those who’d genuinely like to participate. Ethical use and objectivity are essential, and all results must be shared. You decide how long you devote to it and what you want to achieve.

You can participate as:

  • Leader: define the topic and coordinate the activity
  • Collaborator: help with development

We will provide:
