Formación de Facility Management en República Dominicana

Esta es la primera vez que el Instituto FMHOUSE imparte formación especializada de Facility Management en República Dominicana.

Las sesiones de formación, impartidas en la ciudad de Santo Domingo, eran parte del evento “La semana del Facility Management” organizado por CIFMERS GLOBAL. Este evento tiene como objetivo promover el networking profesional, la difusión de la disciplina, que el país participe en el proceso de normalización de la familia de la ISO 41000 y sobre todo la creación de la asociación local de FM. Estas son las reglas de oro que recomiendan para este tipo de organizaciones.

El evento tuvo lugar en la sede central del nuevo campus de la Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) a la que agradecemos su colaboración. Allí tuvieron lugar conferencias de expertos, charlas debate, así como la creación de grupos de trabajo. En las sesiones de formación, participaron unos 40 profesionales del sector de las principales empresas del país. También de empresas internacionales, representantes de sector público, instituciones y otros organismos oficiales.

Se vieron en dos sesiones, varios temas que ayudarán a comprender mejor lo que es el FM y como aplicarlo e implantarlo. Por la mañana se trataron los aspectos claves del alcance del Facility Management y su implantación en los distintos tipos de empresas. Por la tarde se presentaron las principales herramientas de gestión que se usan, la estructura y composición de los niveles de servicio y su vínculo con las métricas e indicadores de control.

La formación presencial del Instituto FMHOUSE en este tipo de formato, es un complemento al amplio programa formativo online. Se ofrecen tres acreditaciones profesionales de 24, 76 y 150 horas. Además de dos másteres de 2.800 y 1.250 horas y cinco cursos de especialización de 1.500 horas. Cualquiera de ellos se podría empezar hoy mismo, si estáis interesados.

How to participate?

Collaborating with the Observatorio FM is a personal and voluntary decision, and there is no contractual obligation or economic retribution for it.

Any interested person can apply to participate as a leader of a new project, or apply as a collaborator in an existing one.

A technical committee will evaluate the subject matter of the proposed projects and the applications of the participants, deciding which ones are carried out and by whom.

Each person decides how much they want to dedicate, depending on their availability or type of project. The aim is for it to be an altruistic activity and not an additional workload.

What does it consist of?

To promote and publish studies that help professionals in the sector and to help others understand our profession and discipline.

The results and deliverables are shared openly, always acknowledging the contributions of all authors and contributors.

The Observatorio FM’s activity will respect the objectivity, ethics, rigour and good practices that govern our Research area.

Contributors have access to the best collaborative tools, sectoral information and contacts, as well as the assistance of expert consultants and researchers at international level.


FM Observatory

FM Observatory is a platform which develops and disseminates Facility Management information. It’s accessible to all those who’d genuinely like to participate. Ethical use and objectivity are essential, and all results must be shared. You decide how long you devote to it and what you want to achieve.

You can participate as:
